Our automated hose reel facilitates the handling of heavy PCA hoses - and minimizes wear, maintenance and costs at the same time.
The patented ISTinox stainless steel hose reel replaces the manual reeling of heavy air conditioning hoses with a fully automatic, user-friendly system. Controlled via a Siemens PLC and operated by remote control directly at the aircraft connection, it reduces damage and increases efficiency. Thanks to its stainless steel construction, the reel is extremely robust, durable and practically maintenance-free. The axially arranged rotary seal on the hose reel allows the air to flow to the aircraft with a minimum of pressure loss.
