Since 1975, we have committed ourselves to bring swiss high-quality products to the market. In order to ensure that Swiss standards of quality are met in every sense, IST‘s products are exclusively produced by qualified staff at our location in Switzerland.

WELDING TECHNOLOGY

We have over 40 years of experience in welding technology and master craftsmanship. We work exclusively with trained specialists, who have the welding test according to EN ISO 9606-1 (formerly EN 287-1).

TURNKEY SOLUTIONS

We act as a general contractor and provide you with comprehensive, innovative and customized turnkey solutions. You have only one contract partner and thus reduce interfaces and the associated coordination effort.

CERTIFICATES

We are certified according to the European Pressure Equipment Directive PED 3014/68/EU. Our products comply with a full range of European Directives and the highest internationally recognized standards of quality.

Engineering and Construction

Our engineers support you from design to execution and, if desired, take over the complete planning and construction of your plant.

Production

On more than 4000 m2 of production area with a modern machine park, we process up to 2000 tons of stainless steel every year at our site in Thun.

Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance

Our trained engineers have many years of experience in the assembly of pipelines, tanks and complete process plants.

General Contractor

On request, we can act as a general contractor for integrated projects and assume the responsibility of coordinating all sub-contracts on your behalf.

MSR/Electrical/Automation

With our in-house electrical department, we supply you with complete systems and apparatus with electrical and pneumatic control, PLC and required programming and startup.
